2.3 Blockchain and On-Chain Data
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public by design. If you interact with $SIGMA tokens or the SIGMA Standard smart contracts, those transactions are recorded on a public, immutable ledger. We do not control and are not responsible for on-chain data. Your public wallet address and transaction history are permanently and publicly visible on the Solana blockchain, regardless of any action we take.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including analytics providers, social media platforms where you publicly discuss the SIGMA Standard, and blockchain analytics tools used for compliance and security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Note that on-chain blockchain data is permanently retained by the public Solana ledger and is outside our ability to delete or modify.
